The Capacity Dashboard is designed to support and complement capacity assessments. Capacity assessments are point-in-time reports and go out of date as soon as one assumption changes around EP forecasts, flows or projects. Capacity Dashboard is a living tool: your team updates the inputs, the outlook updates with them, and you can rerun scenarios in minutes rather than months. It doesn't replace specialist assessments where they're needed, it makes the ongoing planning work faster and more consistent between them.

Very little. Capacity Dashboard runs in a web browser, so there's nothing to install on your network. IT's role is to allow network access to capacitydashboard.au, review additional security requirements, and (optionally) set up single sign-on with Microsoft Entra ID. Expect around 2 to 4 hours of IT time during the pilot.
We work alongside your IT team to complete the dashboard access, then we work alongside one nominated person from your team to set up the dashboard for your sites. This covers loading your plant data, configuring the process units and licence conditions, and walking through the first capacity outlook together. Your team gets to know the data in the dashboard from day one.
Data you already hold: EP projections, influent flows and loads, process-unit design capacities from your existing design reports or process models, licence limits and conditions, and your planned or current capital projects. Nothing new needs to be measured.
The current version uses manual data entry and CSV import. Native integrations to SCADA historians, GIS, asset management systems and similar are on the roadmap as additional data integration modules. If a specific integration matters to your evaluation, let us know at the kick-off.
Hosting sits with your organisation, so it meets your data security requirements. Two options are commonly used:
Licence pricing is the same regardless of which hosting option you choose. The licence covers access and use of the Capacity Dashboard software. Hosting costs and any additional IT support are paid directly by your organisation to your chosen provider.
You choose one of three next steps:
Non-exclusive, per-site, governed by Queensland law under the Capacity Dashboard Software Licence Agreement. You choose a 1-year or 3-year term. Your data remains yours throughout, and can be exported at any time.
Each legal entity is separately licensed, in keeping with the per-company model of the Software Licence Agreement. Group-wide arrangements for related entities can be negotiated. Get in touch and we'll work through the structure that suits your organisation.
Continuous updates. New features, improvements and fixes are released to every licensed customer as they're built, at no additional cost. There are no version upgrade fees and no version lock, so you're always on the current release.

The intent is that Capacity Dashboard should never be a single point of failure for your capacity and investment planning.
Yes. Custom modules or features specific to your plants or reporting are quoted per request. Data Integrations is an optional add-on module on the roadmap.
